Top SchoolLuca Tronchin is an Engineering Manager and Software Architect with 11 years of experience building scalable, data-intensive systems across finance, e‑commerce, and enterprise domains. He combines hands‑on expertise in distributed architectures (CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kafka, Spark) with leadership in SDLC design, secure development practices and ISO27001/HIPAA/GDPR compliance. At Bitrock he has led cross‑functional teams, guided domain‑driven design decisions, and delivered multi‑team solutions that emphasize loose coupling and independence. He has a strong track record in performance tuning—achieving up to 8x improvements in data processing—and in designing real‑time and near‑real‑time pipelines processing terabyte‑scale datasets. Based in the Treviso area, he pairs academic grounding from Università di Padova with practical consulting experience for clients like EssilorLuxottica and Swiss fintechs. Beyond architecture, he brings a pragmatic focus on observability, secure auth (Keycloak, SAML/OIDC) and making complex domains understandable for product and engineering stakeholders.
