Top SchoolLucas Lagrimante is a founder and back-end software engineer with nine years of experience building high-performance, data-intensive financial systems from Brazil. He designs serverless, distributed architectures and led development of a fintech SaaS that processes large-scale portfolio consolidations using Supabase Edge Functions, Deno and an "Async Workers" pattern to avoid timeouts. His work spans proprietary financial parsing engines for unstructured documents, React 19 frontends, native mobile apps via Capacitor, and generative AI integrations for portfolio analysis, demonstrating a rare full-stack fluency across product, infra and ML. At Planejar he engineered ETL frameworks and AI-driven data import pipelines that cut onboarding from weeks to days while improving data accuracy and cutting costs dramatically. Lucas pairs hands-on coding with measurable operational impact—optimizing O(1) mappings, zero-loop queries and Row Level Security for Zero-Trust—and often automates workflows that once required extensive manual effort. Outside core engineering he has a practical background in IT infrastructure and sustainable hardware reuse, reflecting both technical breadth and operational pragmatism.
