Senior🎓
Top SchoolLucas Magnum is a results-driven technology leader and CTO with 13 years of experience designing resilient, scalable software systems across startups and large enterprises in Brazil and globally. He has moved between hands-on engineering and leadership roles at companies including Google, EQT Group, and Fyndiq, consistently focusing on system reliability, performance, and clean architecture. Lucas combines SRE, data engineering and AI experience—evidenced by roles as Software Engineer/SRE at Google and a part-time AI Engineer—so he brings both operational rigor and machine learning pragmatism to product development. Known for building high-performing teams through a blend of empathy and decisive technical vision, he thrives on turning ambiguous problems into production-grade solutions. He studied computer science and sharpened his algorithmic skills through a Udacity nanodegree, and despite a terse GitHub bio (“I do code.”) his career shows sustained cross-functional impact from core infrastructure to CTO-level strategy.
