Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolLucas Matheus is an Infrastructure Tech Lead and SRE with a decade-long IT background and four years focused on cloud-native reliability, currently leading infrastructure at Fireflies.ai. He designs and operates scalable platforms using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, Linkerd, Prometheus/Thanos and multi-cloud (GCP/AWS) patterns to keep AI-driven services performant and observable. Previously as Cloud Infrastructure Tech Lead and Partner at Mottu he drove platform scaling (vehicle fleet and orders growth) while cutting cloud costs by ~30%, blending technical hands-on work with measurable business impact. Comfortable across DevOps, SRE and DBA domains, he pairs automation (GitHub Actions, Helm, Terraform) with FinOps and monitoring rigor to support high-throughput systems. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he brings both leadership and deep operational experience in production-critical environments for fast-growing startups. A practical engineer who started in support and development, he often surfaces reliability wins through small automation changes that compound into large-scale improvements.
