Top SchoolLucijan Blagonić is a Lead Product Designer with 13 years of experience shaping design systems and product UX, currently leading Garden Design efforts at Zendesk. He combines hands-on system-building—pattern audits, component documentation, and front-end standards—with cross-functional collaboration to increase adoption and design maturity across large organisations. As a freelancer and co‑founder of multiple studios, he has designed accessible, responsive experiences for NGOs, startups, and enterprises, and regularly runs workshops and speaks at conferences. Beyond product work he brings a maker’s eye—photographer, gamer and WordPress builder—which surfaces in polished interaction details and pragmatic prototyping.
