Top SchoolLucjan Dudek is a Full Stack Engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building Python- and cloud-native services, currently designing and deploying production systems at HSBC. He combines deep backend expertise (Asyncio, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, microservices, Docker, Helm) with a history of contributing to open-source infrastructure at Golem Network, turning user feedback into SDK improvements. A natural problem-solver and fast learner—his Gallup talents (Restorative, Learner, Responsibility) show in reliable delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and ownership of CI/CD and observability pipelines. Starting to code at 14, he often gets absorbed in complex technical challenges and has a track record of modernizing legacy tooling into microservice architectures across finance, telecom, and devtools domains.
