Top SchoolLucky Gong is an experienced e-commerce manager and technologist with over a decade building ERP/OA/CRM systems and five years leading commercial website development and operations. At Gemelsoft he has overseen end-to-end e-commerce functions—SEO, merchandising, order fulfillment, customer service and analytics—driving the launch or recovery of 500+ sites to grow web business and sales. Technically hands-on across Java, PHP, ASP/.NET and LAMP stacks, he pairs system-level development (Hibernate, Spring, MySQL, Oracle) with practical SEO and data analysis to improve online search marketing ROI. As a former project manager he led tailored ERP/OA/CRM and SaaS university recruitment systems deployed to dozens of institutions, and supported Alibaba-related development and training. With a master’s-level computing background and active study at Unitec, he combines academic rigor with a pragmatic, marketing-oriented approach to technology delivery. Notably, he bridges developers, designers and editors to turn technical platforms into measurable commercial outcomes.
