👤
SeniorLucky Liu is an instructional technology specialist with 10 years of experience designing learner-centered eLearning and blended programs across higher education, international organizations, and K–12. With a technical foundation in computer science (Villanova) and an MA in Instructional Technology from Teachers College, Columbia, Lucky blends UX-minded product design and multimedia authoring with data-informed evaluation—using Python for training analytics and tools like Storyline, Captivate, and Figma for production. At Penn and the UN she has built scalable training initiatives (business continuity, data privacy) and led virtual instructor-led courses that improved engagement and measurable outcomes. Her background as a UX designer and familiarity with software stacks (Java/Ruby/Golang/K8s) helps her translate technical requirements into intuitive learning experiences. Known for lifting assessment-driven performance (e.g., curriculum gains and company-wide training improvements), she aims to move into leadership in instructional design while continuing to bridge pedagogy and engineering.
