Top SchoolLuis Tertulino is a software engineer and educator with a decade of experience blending full-stack development and academic research. He taught programming courses at federal institutions in Brazil while moving between industry work—maintaining and building company websites with HTML, JavaScript/Vue and PHP—and research in combinatorial optimization for radiotherapy using C++ and Julia. His master's work produced meta-heuristic algorithms and mathematical models for treatment planning, reflecting a strong ability to translate mathematical theory into practical software. Comfortable across front-end, back-end and scientific computing, he pairs classroom mentoring with hands-on implementation. He maintains a GitHub portfolio of projects from his undergraduate and research years that illustrate this interdisciplinary breadth. Based in Rio Grande do Norte, he brings both pedagogical experience and applied research skills to engineering teams.
