Top SchoolLuiz Da Silva is a Cloud Development Expert with a Ph.D. in Computer Science and over a decade of experience designing cloud-native systems and microservices for enterprise and transportation domains. Currently at SAP, he leads implementation of generative AI use cases, building on prior senior cloud roles and architecture work that spans RabbitMQ, Spring Boot, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kotlin, and gRPC. He has repeatedly bridged research and production—authoring reusable platform components, ETL/OLAP solutions, and libraries that integrated modern apps with legacy mainframes. A pragmatic technical leader and former lecturer, he combines hands-on coding with team coaching and scrum leadership, often under playful monikers like “Scrum Knight.” Based in Oeiras, Portugal, he brings a researcher's rigor to practical engineering problems, routinely turning complex domain requirements into scalable, observable systems.
