Senior🎓
Top SchoolLuiz Socrate is a Senior Software Engineer in Stockholm with 14 years of experience building full-stack systems, data-driven backends, and interactive front-end visualizations. He pairs a design background and scientific-method mindset to solve complex product and performance problems—from query and algorithm optimization to event-driven architectures powered by Kafka and AWS. Luiz has led and scaled engineering teams, launched products into new markets, and improved release cycles threefold while taking ownership across front and backend stacks. His work includes building custom email clients with advanced filtering, context-aware chatbots that reduced support load, and a Markov-based geolocation algorithm that achieved 93% accuracy in earlier data-science work. Comfortable managing external consultant teams and bringing them in-house, he blends pragmatic engineering with product sensibility and a knack for turning research into production-ready systems.
