Top SchoolLukáš Bastián is a Senior Platform Engineer at Mews with eight years of hands-on experience building and modernizing .NET-based backend platforms. He specializes in C# and .NET migrations, modular multi-service architectures, and delivery automation, and has led initiatives like continuous delivery, Azure DevOps adoption, and a rewrite of asynchronous job processing. Deeply curious about functional programming, he experiments with F# and has introduced FP-inspired libraries and data modeling practices to reduce cognitive load across teams. An active internal communicator and presenter, he writes custom C# analyzers and helps improve observability and developer experience. Based in Prague, he paused formal studies at Charles University to focus on shipping impact at scale, and brings fluency in English and Czech/Slovak with basic French.
