Top SchoolLukas Fam is a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with nearly a decade of experience delivering scalable, user-focused systems across healthcare, finance, IoT, and enterprise domains. He consistently owns end-to-end projects—from requirements and architecture to deployment and monitoring—and has shipped 30+ production systems, often as the sole engineer driving complex migrations and reliability improvements. Technically fluent across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and emerging Rust, he blends API and embedded systems expertise with solid engineering principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY) to produce maintainable, testable platforms. At HMI Managed Healthcare he improved platform reliability by 25% through API optimization, testing, and centralized observability, and has led Azure and data migrations with minimal downtime. Comfortable advising executives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, he pairs hands-on coding with pragmatic system design and performance tuning. Always learning, he’s actively exploring Rust and blockchain to bring newer paradigms into production-ready solutions.
