Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolLukasz Madon is an engineering manager with 14 years of experience building backend systems and leading Python-focused teams across fintech and SaaS. He has driven large migrations and infrastructure projects at Revolut, designed the interview pipeline for Python hires, and mentored dozens of engineers while coordinating cross-team cloud moves. More recently he led integrations and billing automation at byrd and now manages engineering at Qualtrics from Kraków. His hands-on background spans Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, async systems and e-commerce platforms, with early work in .NET, Go and frontend stacks. Notably, he pairs hiring and org-building expertise with deep implementation experience—he’s personally interviewed 150+ candidates and migrated 25+ services to new GCP infrastructure. He prefers Python (and cleverly obfuscates contact info in his GitHub bio), signaling both technical focus and a pragmatic, security-minded approach.
