Top SchoolLuke Van Epen is a ServiceNow Engineer based in Sydney with 8 years of IT experience, specializing in ServiceNow platform development, service automation, and ITIL-aligned process delivery. He has progressed from frontline service desk roles to owning Knowledge Management and Service Reporting processes, then moved into hands-on ServiceNow development—designing service portals, custom widgets, inbound email integrations, and no-code interfaces. At Kinetic IT he delivered a solo-built Service Portal and several catalogue automation solutions, and he currently applies that depth at AC3 on enterprise ServiceNow engagements. Known for bridging process thinking with practical development, he focuses on turning operational requirements into maintainable, user-friendly ServiceNow solutions. Unexpectedly, his background in telesales and process coordination gives him a strong empathy for end users and stakeholder communication during implementations.
