Senior🎓
Top SchoolMaciej Kucharski is a Lead Fullstack Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable web platforms and leading teams across frontend and backend stacks. He brings deep JavaScript expertise (8+ years) and hands-on experience with Angular, React, Vue and Node, plus a strong TypeScript and database background from projects at Viessmann and Ladder Digital. At Kick he combines architecture and delivery as a hands-on lead, having previously improved device-scale systems and crafted custom Postgres sharding to scale from tens to hundreds of thousands of devices. Beyond product work, he has trained and mentored hundreds of developers worldwide, creating reusable workshop content taught in Poland, Germany and the US. Comfortable switching between rewrites, migrations and greenfield features, he often focuses on pragmatic performance and scalability gains rather than theoretical designs. Based in the Wroclaw area, he mixes technical leadership with active teaching—bringing clarity to complex systems and teams.
