Top SchoolMaciej Rewera is a Technical Lead with nine years' experience building scalable, maintainable systems, primarily using Scala and functional programming principles. He has led and delivered microservice and API-driven projects for organisations including HM Revenue & Customs, Moneyfarm and fintech startup agora, often owning designs from data model to UI while emphasising clean code and strong test suites. As director of his own consultancy he blends hands-on implementation with mentoring responsibilities, helping teams integrate partners and migrate large user datasets reliably. Based in Harrogate, he applies pragmatic performance and reliability engineering to regulated domains and, outside work, recharges by hiking and strategizing over board games—reflecting a methodical but adventurous problem-solving style.
