Top SchoolMaciej Zadykowicz is a seasoned product and interface designer with a decade of experience shaping Ethereum and web3 user experiences from Wrocław, Poland. He has led design at blockchain-native companies including WalletConnect and Status.im, and recently served as Lead Designer at Squid, blending protocol-level thinking with consumer-grade interfaces. As an independent designer and long-time freelancer since 2012, he pairs hands-on UI craft with product strategy to make complex crypto flows feel approachable—his GitHub credo, "Make Pretty," reflects a strong aesthetics-first mindset. Trained in graphic design (B.A.), Maciej is as comfortable sketching pixel-perfect UI as he is defining interaction patterns for decentralized systems, often translating cryptic developer primitives into intuitive product moments.
