Top SchoolMaddie Minnick is a Technical Program Manager with five years of experience building cloud infrastructure and data-driven features for enterprise customers, currently driving platform work at Alchemy after a multi-role tenure at Microsoft. She has blended hands-on engineering (Spark, Synapse, APIs) with cross-team program leadership to deliver high-impact initiatives including a $5M+ billing modernization, a zeroed public API deprecation for 170+ partners, and top-priority enterprise features informed by direct customer interviews. Comfortable translating between product, design, and distributed engineering teams, she’s led migrations, scoped critical requirements, and operationalized delivery across global groups. A committed mentor and D&I leader, she has repeatedly run internship programs and diversity pillars to develop early-career talent. Collected experience across startups and internships (Apple, Synchrony, Dish) gives her a practical edge in shipping end-to-end solutions that combine backend data processing and customer-facing APIs.
