Senior🎓
Top SchoolMadhav Poudel is a Senior Blockchain Engineer and Full Stack Software 3.0 practitioner with a decade of experience building production systems, from DeFi exchanges and lending protocols to multichain NFT marketplaces and metaverse integrations. He leads engineering teams and has driven end-to-end delivery of digital wallets, staking/minting workflows, and Unreal Engine play-to-earn integrations while improving developer velocity through APIs and automation. His background in high-performance computing — including a HiPC-published CUDA clustering paper that achieved 22x speedups — gives him a rare blend of low-level optimization and product-focused blockchain engineering. Based in Flagstaff, AZ, he’s comfortable shipping across the stack (Node.js, GraphQL, React) and building cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling that cut latency and release time. Colleagues rely on him for establishing best practices and mentoring, and he consistently brings research-grade performance thinking to applied Web3 products.
