Senior🎓
Top SchoolMagnus Gunnarsson is an experienced IT project manager with nine years in leadership roles and a long technical career stretching back to early programming and field deployments. He has led teams of 15–26 people across public sector and defense-related environments, combining hands-on network, security and systems work (Cisco, ISE, virtual wireless, Citrix) with budgeting, vendor management and procurement. Comfortable making autonomous decisions, he excels at turning complex IT challenges into reliable services—whether migrating core network fabrics, rolling out library systems, or coordinating incident response for thousands of users. His background includes international emergency ICT deployments (V-SAT and satellite comms in disaster zones) and practical classroom teaching, giving him rare experience in high-pressure deployments and training large user groups. Colleagues describe him as highly efficient and results-driven, with a habit of improving routines and mentoring staff to raise organizational IT maturity. Based in Sweden, he brings a pragmatic blend of technical depth and operational leadership across infrastructure, security and service delivery.
