Top SchoolMahyar Abbaspour is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native systems, automation, and scalable back-end services across e-commerce, advertising, and telecommunications. He has led teams and platform projects—most notably designing Digicloud with DDD, event sourcing and CQRS—and delivered automation and Monitoring-as-a-Service on Azure at KPN. Technically fluent in Python and Go, he combines infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos), and CI/CD practices to turn manual processes into reliable automated pipelines. Comfortable operating in both startup and large-enterprise contexts, he has hands-on experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, and large data pipelines. Based in the Netherlands with a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Tehran, he brings a pragmatic systems mindset and a track record of reducing operational load while enabling data and product teams. An early contributor to cloud and Linux communities, he often bridges deep engineering details with product-driven outcomes.
