Top SchoolMamadou Diallo is a Senegal-based tech entrepreneur and Fab Manager with a decade of hands-on experience in embedded systems, electronics, automation and IoT. He founded BlocTechno and Innov Tech SN to design practical hardware solutions and to popularize technology education across Africa, blending maker culture with formal training in electrotechnics and networked systems. At GROUPE SONATEL he leads fabrication activities while continuing to prototype with Arduino and Raspberry Pi, applying C and Python for real-world embedded projects. His background combines formal telecoms/networking studies with grassroots DIY innovation, and he consistently focuses on bridging technical development with local capacity-building. An underappreciated strength is his dual role as both practitioner and educator—creating devices while training others to sustain technological growth in the region.
