Senior🎓
Top SchoolManabu Inose is a Tokyo-based infrastructure management leader with 11 years of experience architecting cloud-native data platforms, security controls, and operational automation for fast-moving startups. As Manager of Infrastructure Management Services at Next Innovation, he blends hands-on AWS engineering (Redshift, Athena, Glue, CDK, SSO) with compliance delivery (HIPAA BAAs, CIS/NIST guidance) and pragmatic process improvements across SCM, SIEM, and identity stacks. He excels at tackling messy, legacy problems—data masking, inventory automation, and migration into well-governed multi-account environments—turning technical debt into stable, auditable systems. Trained in art history (MFA/BFA), he frames engineering as an aesthetic practice and brings a curious, strategic mind that values both functional rigor and human-centered team development.
