Senior🎓
Top SchoolManu Ramchandani is a hands-on full‑stack engineer and fractional CTO with 11–14 years building web and mobile products, expert in TypeScript, React Native, Flutter, Next.js and Supabase. He consistently ships customer-facing apps—TV discovery (Scout), a kids’ AI audio stories app (Seedling), and a real‑time volunteering platform—while also consulting as an independent engineer. Recently he scoped and led the technical delivery for PreventED, evaluating 12 vendors, running technical interviews, selecting a build partner, and owning architecture and milestone delivery with no in‑house team. Comfortable oscillating between deep coding and strategic leadership, he’s seeking senior IC, engineering lead/manager, or fractional CTO roles that blend hands‑on work with team direction. Based in Los Angeles, he prefers fully remote opportunities and brings a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset that often surfaces process and vendor risks before they become problems.
