Summary
👤
SeniorMarc Cluet is an executive technology leader based in London with 25+ years of hands-on engineering and 12 years in senior leadership, currently driving platform unification and deployment harmonisation as Executive Director - Core Platform Engineering at UBS. He has a proven track record delivering global CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code transformations across banking and retail, notably leading the merge of Credit Suisse and UBS technologies and radically speeding time-to-production at Nationwide during COVID. As a founder and former regional director at HashiCorp, he blends product-facing partner management with deep platform engineering expertise, scaling channel revenue and engineering teams. Colleagues rely on him to align stakeholders, reduce technical debt, and embed automation and compliance into delivery pipelines. He’s as comfortable in the trenches designing autoscaling AWS platforms and IaC as he is shaping organisational ways-of-working and thought leadership.
