Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcel Skotnicki is a Senior Android Developer with 8 years of experience building and leading teams that deliver multi‑million‑user mobile apps in Poland. He combines hands‑on expertise in Android architectures (MVI/MVVM/MVP), RxJava and Dagger with strong product thinking—contributing to UX design, product analysis and planning across the full development lifecycle. At Future Mind he leads a 12‑person team and drives IoT and mobile integrations, while previously managing mobile teams and shipping modular libraries, VoIP/video features and in‑app payments. A dual background in computer science and neuroinformatics, plus ongoing medical studies, gives him a rare multidisciplinary perspective on user behaviour and system design. Known for precise time and cost estimates, he’s equally comfortable coordinating stakeholders as he is writing production‑grade code.
