Top SchoolMarcel Tyszkiewicz is a product-focused senior software engineer with 10 years of experience building scalable systems across payments, hospitality and analytics. He has repeatedly taken ideas from concept to production—designing microservices, APIs, DynamoDB/S3 data platforms and Kubernetes-based CI/CD pipelines that reliably handle millions of orders per day. Marcel blends hands-on coding in Go, Python and C++ with technical leadership: mentoring engineers, running hiring and roadmaps, and improving multi-threaded and high-throughput systems. He founded Poland’s first personalised coffee subscription, bringing practical product and growth experience alongside his engineering work. Recently he’s focused on cloud-native integrations and Kubernetes controllers while maintaining an eye for performance and observability. Based in Gdańsk, he combines startup grit with enterprise-grade operational rigor.
