Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcio Carvalho is a Senior Software Development Engineer with 11+ years building scalable, cloud-native systems and distributed services, now at AWS. He blends deep Java/Spring expertise with Docker, REST APIs and scientific Python for machine learning, having delivered production solutions from permissioned Hyperledger Fabric integrations with Petrobras and Banco do Brasil to low-latency Spring Boot services backed by Redis. His background includes research-strength ML (Master’s in Machine Learning) and practical signal-processing projects like time-series classifiers for well logs and particle swarm optimization for production maximization. Comfortable across full stack and infrastructure, he pairs hands-on engineering with a track record of turning research prototypes into production-grade systems. An interesting thread through his career is repeatedly bridging domain science and enterprise systems—applying ML and optimization methods directly to high-value industrial problems.
