Top SchoolMarco Gravbrøt is a full-stack developer based in Oslo with 11 years of hands-on experience building products across startups and client projects. He balances day-to-day engineering at Vy with multiple entrepreneurial ventures—co-founding Prisjegere and MCT Venture while running his own Gravbrøt IT consulting practice. Comfortable across the stack, Marco has delivered production systems for e-commerce and niche apps (e.g., Watch Vault) and handled operational responsibilities like customs file consolidation at Komplett Group. He brings a pragmatic, learn-fast mentality to ambiguous problems and enjoys shipping tangible features quickly. Currently pursuing a formal IT education in programming, he pairs academic discipline with real-world product and founding experience. An adaptable collaborator, Marco often moves between developer, operator, and founder roles depending on what the project needs.
