Top SchoolMarcos Da Silva Santos is an experienced Software Architect with over a decade designing and delivering Java-based systems across finance, education, healthcare and government. He blends hands-on backend development and microservices design with strong advocacy for TDD, Clean Architecture, DDD and DevOps practices, having led migrations to microservices and established CI/CD and versioning standards. Marcos has a solid academic foundation—MSc in Distributed Systems and multiple specializations—and regularly teaches postgraduate courses on software architecture and cloud/DevOps. He has driven architecture and platform work at major institutions like Banco do Nordeste and VMetrix while also contributing to university projects and training engineers, reflecting a rare mix of enterprise-grade delivery and pedagogy.
