Currently leading Corporate Architecture and Tech Experience Platform at Vivo while coordinating and teaching MBAs at Impacta, he connects strategy to hands-on delivery to accelerate time-to-market, reduce portfolio complexity and upskill teams. His background combines deep technical roots in Java/JEE, SOA/API governance and DevOps with advanced study in software engineering and organizational leadership. Marcus is passionate about using education and creative metaphors—like photography—to reshape how professionals perceive and apply emerging tech such as Generative AI, DevEx and DevSecOps.
