Top SchoolMaría Del Pilar Sánchez Castillejos is a software developer with eight years of experience building back-end and full-stack systems across startups and large companies, currently contributing to Etsy from Mexico City. She works primarily in Python, JavaScript, and Dart, and has production experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 and more from a past role at Amazon. A pragmatic learner who treats experimentation like Test-Driven Development for life, she enjoys turning curiosity into dependable features and tooling. Her background spans fast-moving product teams (Urbvan, trii, ideen) and early-career stints that emphasize both backend engineering and end-to-end delivery. Outside of code she describes herself playfully as a "Feminist Tetris professional wannabe," hinting at a creative, game-inspired approach to problem solving.
