Top SchoolMariano Rozanski is a Staff Software Engineer and hands-on Engineering Manager based in Denver with 11 years building high-output startups and scale-ups. He blends full-stack mastery (TypeScript, Python, React, Node, PostgreSQL) with deep systems design—distributed, event-driven, and high-availability architectures—to translate product vision into shippable, observable platforms. Mariano has a track record of rescuing stalled teams and velocity (consolidating codebases, instituting CI/CD) and has shipped production RAG pipelines and multi-chain onchain attestation systems that turned 250 hours of manual work into minutes. He pioneers multi-agent engineering practices and AI-assisted tooling to amplify small teams to the throughput of much larger organizations. Outside core engineering he writes and builds tools around guitar provenance and registries, applying the same rigor to cultural artifacts as to complex software systems.
