Top SchoolMarimuthu Madasamy is a Director of Technology Solutions with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and delivering Java and JVM-centric enterprise systems for the financial sector, currently leading platform and microservices initiatives at TD Securities. He combines deep backend expertise (Java, Spring Boot, JVM bytecode) with front-end skills (TypeScript, React) to own end-to-end architecture, CI/CD, and quality practices while mentoring cross-functional teams. His career spans senior engineering roles at Amazon and Morgan Stanley and long-term impact at Lab49, proving he thrives in both product-driven and low-latency trading environments. An avid programming-language tinkerer, he builds open-source compiler tooling—most notably an Idris-to-JVM backend—and previously authored a REPL for the Haskell-like Frege language, reflecting a rare blend of production-shipping experience and language-research curiosity. Based in New York, he pairs an MS in Software Engineering with a track record of turning complex financial requirements into maintainable, performant systems.
