Top SchoolMário Pereira is a seasoned software engineer with 12+ years of experience who transitioned from front-end development into DevOps and platform engineering, currently owning Atlassian and GitHub Enterprise administration at Convatec. He combines hands-on TypeScript/Next.js skills with platform operations, having built two internal dashboards that surface Atlassian KPIs and org-wide GitHub security/compliance metrics to fill visibility gaps. As an Atlassian Admin and GitHub Enterprise Admin he manages multi-org provisioning with Okta, enforces branch strategies and CI/CD policies, and automates security checks like secret scanning and stale-repo detection. His background in UX and accessibility from early web design roles gives him a practical focus on developer experience and self-service tooling. Colleagues rely on him to turn platform pain points into scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual work and risk. Based in Lisbon, he is open to platform/DevOps roles with global teams tackling complex tooling and efficiency challenges.
