Top SchoolMark Coleman is a product development and experience leader with 13 years designing and shipping user-centered digital products across healthcare, benefits tech, and startups. He blends hands-on interaction and visual design with technical fluency—leading cross-functional teams to implement scalable systems, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and personalization that drove measurable engagement and revenue. At Evive he led an AI-enabled UX overhaul for 1M+ users that turned NPS from -25 to 54 and built an operations-ready Confluence design library; at bswift he translated personalization into $1.3M ARR for enterprise clients. As an independent Fractional UX Director he’s executed end-to-end strategy, branding, and prototypes for growth-stage companies while mentoring designers and fostering inclusive team cultures. Based in Florida, he pairs a Master’s in Advertising from UIUC with full-stack development chops and a public portfolio, making him equally comfortable in code reviews, design systems, and executive strategy. Colleagues describe him as a practice-builder who converts complex research into pragmatic roadmaps while leaving room for experimentation.
