Top SchoolMartin Krug is an Experte Digitale Prozesse with over 30 years of hands-on experience translating complex IT topics into practical solutions and accessible training for non-technical users. At Allianz he designs digital tools, leads CRM and application trainings, and integrates AI-assisted methods to streamline learning and automate routine processes. Combining a Diplom-Betriebswirt background with nearly three decades inside a major insurer, he excels at bridging business needs and IT implementation while keeping user adoption front and center. Though his GitHub notes a return "back to coding" and a wide-ranging curiosity, his real strength is turning ambiguous requirements into usable workflows that reduce friction across teams.
