Senior🎓
Top SchoolMartin Mucito is a hands-on Chief Technology Officer and serial startup technologist with over a decade building products, leading distributed engineering teams across Latin America, and taking companies from zero to one. He blends full-stack engineering and architecture with investor-facing strategy, having created complete tech stacks, roadmaps, and growth-aligned budgets as CTO and fractional CTO. Martin’s background spans mobile, payments, and large-scale integrations—shiping white-label digital wallets and middleware for major clients and improving Android app performance and stability in prior roles. He mentors and scales “crack” teams, enforces engineering best practices, and negotiates vendor and stakeholder alignment to bridge product and business goals. Based in Mexico and trained at Tecnológico de Monterrey, he pairs creative problem-solving with operational rigor and a track record of measurable impact (e.g., performance and customer-satisfaction gains).
