Top SchoolMartin Nowosad is a founder and hands-on CTO with 10+ years of experience building scalable, data-driven products across backend, cloud, mobile and web. As Geschäftsführer of Nowocode and founder of JobScout.dev, he blends entrepreneurship with deep technical delivery—frequently coding in Go, Python, TypeScript and Dart—to ship production systems and matchmaking platforms. He has led cloud-native efforts at IONOS and Deloitte, architecting managed Kafka and AWS-based solutions while mentoring mixed-experience teams and introducing robust testing practices. His background spans high-performance, event-driven microservices for gaming and automotive domains as well as secure mobile health integrations at IBM, demonstrating both domain breadth and operational rigor. Based in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany, he pairs pragmatic engineering with product ownership, often owning features from first line of code through to business operations. An understated strength is his knack for turning rapid subscriber growth into repeatable acquisition flows, as seen with JobScout.dev.
