Senior🎓
Top SchoolMartín Paulucci is a Technical Lead based in Barcelona with 13 years of experience building scalable web and backend systems across startups and large companies. He has driven core product work at GoDaddy—helping evolve its Website Builder from POC to a top-market product—and led backend teams in Web3/NFT infrastructure using Elixir, Rust, Solana and Aleo at Forte. Comfortable across the full stack, Martín pairs hands-on engineering with team leadership, having designed architectures, migrated legacy systems to modern stacks, and run SCRUM teams. He brings a pragmatic blend of performance optimization, distributed-data experience (Cassandra, Elasticsearch) and product-focused delivery, and has repeatedly turned complex integrations into reliable services. Notably, his recent trajectory shows a shift toward crypto-native platforms while retaining deep roots in high-performance consumer web engineering.
