Summary
👤
SeniorMartin Petzold is an entrepreneur and technology leader with over 25 years in the tech industry and more than a decade of focused entrepreneurial experience building products and teams in the Cologne-Bonn region. He founded and led TAVLA from 2017 to 2025 as CTO and Product Manager, translating research-led ideas from his University of Cologne PhD work into customer-facing services and earning an EXIST scholarship along the way. Comfortable shifting between hands-on engineering, product strategy, and company leadership, Martin has prior experience as a consultant and software developer across startups and larger firms including Bosch’s ProSyst. Now leading NARDY, he continues to blend academic rigor with pragmatic product delivery, emphasizing measurable service experiences. His long arc from early developer roles in the 2000s to serial founder status gives him a rare perspective on scaling tech teams and products over decades. Known online by aliases like map111ks/Aismael, he brings a curious, maker-oriented streak to entrepreneurial problems.
