Senior🎓
Top SchoolMartin Seibert is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO who has led Seibert Group since 1996, building collaborative software and consulting practices grounded in openness, trust, and self-determination. He combines business administration training with hands-on product and company-building experience across multiple ventures, including founding and selling TwentyFeet to a New York acquirer. Based in Wiesbaden, he advises on draw.io integrations at JGraph and operates several companies focused on digital collaboration, sales, and business development. Known for cultivating “rock’n’roll teams,” he blends a creative, people-first leadership style with a pragmatic focus on delivering collaborative software solutions. An operator who still engages in product-level strategy, he brings rare continuity—three decades of evolving startups and client-facing digital services—rather than a purely executive track.
