Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMateusz Wroński is a pragmatic lead software developer with 11 years of experience designing and shipping backend and platform services, currently driving the OnPremise flavour of SwaggerHub at SmartBear. He combines deep domain understanding—ranging from telecoms time-series architectures and ETL to cloud-native, serverless platforms—with hands-on implementation of authentication, billing, and shared services. As an engineering manager and architect at Nokia he led cross-functional squads, introduced knowledge-engineering tooling and set product/security processes, demonstrating a rare mix of people leadership and low-level technical problem solving. Comfortable across Java/Kotlin, AWS, Kubernetes and databases (SQL/NoSQL/TimescaleDB), he focuses on business value and pragmatic trade-offs rather than chasing every new tech trend. Notably, his background spans applied research and hardware-adjacent work (impedance spectroscopy and optical path algorithms), which gives him an analytical edge in system design.
