Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMatheus Cavallini is a Technical Lead and founder with 10 years of full-stack software experience, currently building a surgeon-focused healthcare platform with a modern Next.js/NestJS/Postgres stack and cross-platform mobile delivery. He blends hands-on engineering—React/Typescript, Tailwind, Capacitor—and system architecture with product leadership from running his own real estate marketplace. Previously he led front-end at a US startup, shipping component libraries, end-to-end tests, and integrations that improved developer velocity. Matheus has a track record of integrating complex third-party systems (e.g., Stripe webhooks) and translating domain expertise into pragmatic, reliable features. Based in Brazil, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with a developer-first approach and a habit of learning in public during gaps between roles. Beyond code, he focuses on making AI and human expertise work together to operationalize domain knowledge into production software.
