Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatheus De Almeida is a senior software developer based in São Paulo with over nine years building web and mobile e-commerce experiences, currently driving product and platform improvements at Leroy Merlin. He led the v2 e-commerce app and helped create a Design System and SSR product pages (Next.js) that significantly boosted web vitals, SEO and developer velocity. Comfortable across React, React Native, Node.js and Cloudflare Workers, he pairs hands-on engineering with product-focused collaboration alongside POs to ship measurable user and business outcomes. With an academic background in electrical engineering and machine learning from Unicamp and a foundation in backend/frontend work from early roles, he brings both systems thinking and practical cross-platform experience. A less obvious strength is his involvement in infra-level request handling via Cloudflare Workers, showing an appetite for optimizations that happen before the server even responds.
