Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatías Elorriaga is a Software Development Engineer II with 11 years of experience building backend and mobile systems, currently focused on fault-injection tooling and capacity planning at AWS. He has a strong Java and cloud foundation from roles across AWS EC2 and Demand Planning, complemented by practical mobile and full-stack experience delivering Android and iOS apps as a freelancer and earlier product work. Comfortable across Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kotlin, Swift and cloud-scale services, he bridges platform reliability and consumer-facing mobile features. His track record includes shipping capacity planning and fault-injection infrastructure that help teams validate resilience at scale—work that requires both systems thinking and pragmatic code delivery. Based in Leinster, Ireland, he pairs formal systems engineering studies with hands-on cross-platform development, often tackling API integrations and device-centered features. Colleagues value his ability to move between backend architecture and client-side implementation while keeping reliability and scalability front of mind.
