Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatic Jurglič is a seasoned full-stack web engineer with 13 years of experience building SaaS and product-focused web applications from idea to scale. He combines hands-on development with product sensibility, having co-founded Nightwatch and helped grow it to 50k+ MRR, led engineering at RankTrackr, and now builds creator tools in the Web3 space at Cardstack. Comfortable across stacks (Ruby on Rails, Ember/Backbone-era front ends and modern web/mobile interfaces), he also consults for clients and runs an e-commerce venture producing collectible busts and architectural replicas. His background spans startup growth, technical leadership, hiring and developer evaluation, and healthtech product work for NOVI Health in Singapore. Based in Slovenia, Matic blends entrepreneurial grit with pragmatic engineering—often stepping into product, UX, and recruitment roles beyond pure coding. He is known for taking small projects into sustainable businesses and for pairing user-oriented design with scalable implementation.
