Top SchoolMatt Jesuele is a founder and software leader with 11 years of experience building developer-first systems that turn fragile, spreadsheet-driven operations into repeatable, auditable engineering workflows. He’s founded and led companies from early product-stage startups to operational consultancies—first hires at DoltHub and co-founder roles at Make Apps and Mooch—bringing deep hands-on experience shipping data-aware tooling, webapps, and chatbots. Currently he runs Ansatz to diagnose and remediate “house of cards” codebases and operates human+AI development loops to deliver production code weekly, while also designing high-performance outbound infrastructure at NeuralJets. Matt blends applied math and economics training with a practical focus on transferability: he not only fixes systems but hands them back so teams can run independently. An early-stage operator who prefers outcomes over billable hours, he’s equally comfortable in code, product, and GTM execution.
