Top SchoolMatt Kornfield is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience building reliable cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD systems, currently contributing at NVIDIA after senior SRE work at Gretel.ai. He blends deep practical knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, Prometheus, Jenkins/GitLab CI and performance testing with hands-on development in Java, Go, and front-end tooling from roles at Appian and Walmart Labs. Matt has led small teams, mentored engineers, and improved department-wide metrics and custom CI pipelines, showing a knack for making complex systems observable and repeatable. Based in Vancouver, Washington, he pairs a physics background from Georgetown with a pragmatic "have you tried turning it off and on again?" troubleshooting style that surfaces durable fixes rather than temporary workarounds.
